This is the popular Gameboy Advance game "Tekken Advance", packaged with an emulator to be played on the PC

Instructions:
Unzip, Run "VisualBoyAdvance.exe"
File -> Open choose the game and play

Right - Right
Button A - Z
Button B - X
Button R - S
Button L - A
Select - Backspace
Start - Enter
